Florida and Texas both hit record highs for new coronavirus cases on Saturday as outbreaks keep surging in the SouthFlorida reported 11,458 new COVID-19 cases, and Texas had a record number of 8,258 new cases. Both states now have seen more than 190,000 total cases.
